HEARING DATE SET IN HALL SHOOTING

Louis Swanson, Charged With Slaying, Faces Examination Wednesday

The examining trail of Louis Swanson, accused of the murder of W.K. Hall, his father-in-law, near Cawood Friday, has been set for next Wednesday by Acting County Judge Gus B. Bruner. Judge Bruner set the date of the trail when Swanson was brought him yesterday.

Swanson is charged with shooting and killing his father-in-law, but declares that Hall had fired three shots at him before the one shot that proved fatal to the slain man.
