ROCKPORT, Ind. - Tyler Preston Spurlock, 13 month-old-son of Granville and Brenda Spurlock of Grandview, Ind., died Saturday, Dec. 17, 1994, at Owensboro-Daviess County Hospital. He was born in Evansville.
    Other survivors include his paternal grandparents, Nathan and Patty Spurlock of Cannelton, Ind.; maternal grandparents, Robert and Alma Scales of Tobinsport, Ind.; and paternal great-grandfather, M.C. Spurlock of Osgood, Ind.
    Services are at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Boultinghouse Funeral Home, Rockport. Burial will be in New Hope Cemetery. Visitation is after 1 p.m. Monday and 8 a.m. until services Tuesday at the funeral home.
