MARY JONES

Mary Napier Jones, 84, Cranks, died Jan. 23, 2003, at Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington.
A homemaker, Jones attended the Cranks Pentecostal Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Euell Napier and Sudie Pace Napier; her husband, Charles Jones; a son, Merle "Nick" Jones; a brother, Carl Napier and a sister Beulah Patterson.
Survivors include six children: Margie Hall and husband, Theodore, Cranks; Marvin Jones and wife Loretta, Crestwood; Roger Jones and wife, Sharon, Crestwood; Billy Jones and wife, Sherry, Redford, Mich.; Harold Jones and wife, Cathy, LaGrange; and Diana Middleton and husband Denny, Cranks; 21 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
Visitation is today from 6 to 9 p.m. at Mount Pleasant Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 11 a.m. at the Cranks Pentecostal Church with the Rev. Gary Pace, the Rev. Gary Grubbs and the Rev. Ray Bryant officiating.
Burial will follow in the Napier Cemetery in Cranks.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
