FRANK HALL KILLED SUNDAY

At Head of Bob's Creek

Said to Have Been Ambushed.

About 9 o'clock Sunday morning, Frank Hall, age 23, was shot down when ambushed at the head of Bob's Creek.

Hall was a miner and worked for the Three Point Coal Co. and was married. If he had any personal enemies, it has not come to light since the killing.

He was a son of the late W.K. Hall, who was also killed on Bob's creek several years ago.

Sheriff Middleton's office is working on the case and a number of arrests are likely to be made at once from the information already gathering by his office.

The following were arrested by Deputies Geoge Lee, Frank White, and Lee Ward in connection with the case: Henry Stewart, Fred Stewart, Robert Carmack, Andy Stewart, Eminitt Carmack, Ewell Green and Ray Hall.

The funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon at 1 o'clock at the house, after which the burial will occur in the family burial ground.
