    NORTH PEKIN - Clyde M. Spurlock, 61, of North Pekin died at 8:47 p.m. Thursday, July 21, 2005, at his home.
    He was born Jan. 18, 1944, in Cumberland, Ky., to Dewitt and Easter Mitchell Spurlock.
    He was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
    Surviving are four sisters, Dora (and Bill) Creech of North Pekin, Ruby (and Jerry) Layne and Jeanie (and Bill) Green, both of Pekin, and Kim (and Glenn) Hake of Nashville, Ill.; and two brothers, Dewitt (and Sherry) of Pekin and Grant of Peoria.
    He was a Vietnam War Army veteran.
    He worked at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria since 1985.
    Graveside services will be at 11:15 a.m. Monday at Lakeside Cemetery. The Rev. Gary England will officiate. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday at Woolsey Funeral Home in Pekin.
