Margaret Ginger
    MANITO - Margaret Ginger, 64, of 336 E. Glendale St. died at 9:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 12, 2003, at her home.
Born April 5, 1939, in Cumberland, Ky., to DeWitt and Easter Mitchell Spurlock, she married George Ginger on Sept. 11, 1979, in Las Vegas. He survives.
    Also surviving are three sons, Randy (and Samantha) Howard of Orlando, Lyle Howard of Pekin and Marty (and Debbie) Howard of Marquette Heights; one stepson, Kevin (and Brenda) Ginger of Grants Pass, Ore.; two daughters, Laurie (and David) Stotler of Manito and Candy (and Robbie) Kearney of Pekin; one stepdaughter, Melody Ginger of Ukiah, Calif.; three brothers, Grant Spurlock of Peoria, DeWitt (and Sherry) Spurlock of Pekin and Clyde Spurlock of North Pekin; four sisters, Ruby (and Jerry) Lane and Jeannie (and Bill) Green, both of Pekin, Dora (and Bill) Creech of North Pekin and Kim (and Glen) Hake of Nashville, Tenn.; 20 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
    She was preceded in death by two brothers.
    She was of the Methodist faith.
    Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Community United Methodist Church in Manito. The Rev. David Phillips will officiate. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Maas Funeral Home. Burial will be in Meadow Lawn Cemetery.
