LOYCE NOE

Loyce Noe, 68, Cranks, died Jan. 22, 2003, at Harlan Appalachian Regional
Hospital.
A native of Defore, Noe was a homemaker and believed in the Holiness
faith.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Beulah Napier Patterson; her
father, Leather Deakins; her stepfather, John Patterson; and a son, Freddy
Ledford Jr.
Survivors include eight children: Beverly Mills, Frankfort; Vernone
Ledford, Shelbyville, Ind.; James Ledford, Liberty; Johnny Ledford, Liberty;
Tony Ledford, Liberty; Betty Bailey, Rogersville, Tenn.; Shelia Ledford,
Asheville, N.C.; and Suda Robbins, Cranks; three stepdaughters: Lisa Farmer,
Lexington; Joann Isley, Church Hill, Tenn.; and Angie Noe, Liberty; four
brothers: Bill Patterson, Charles Patterson, Harrison Patterson and Jim
Patterson, all of LaGrange; four sisters: Pat Howard and Velma Miracle, both
of Pineville; Rose Adams and Nancy Acree, both of Louisville; an ex-husband,
Lawrence Noe, Cranks; 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren and a
host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held today from 6 to 9 p.m. at Mount Pleasant Funeral
Home.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home
with the Rev. Franklin Stewart and the Rev. Clark Stanton officiating.
Burial will follow in the Day-Jackson Cemetery in Cranks.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Mount Pleasant Funeral Home is in change of arrangements.
